6. DATA USED FOR AI TRAINING

We may develop an in-house artificial intelligence model for purposes of improving the quality of Services we provide. We will likely use various types of data, including information provided by users, to train and refine any such artificial intelligence model. This data will enable us to enhance the performance and functionality of any such artificial intelligence driven Services. To safeguard your privacy, we will anonymize training data. We will also strive to collect only the necessary information required for training our artificial intelligence model and improving our Services. This approach aims to optimize the accuracy and reliability of our artificial intelligence technologies.

8. OUR SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect personal information, as defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, directly from children under 13 years old (each, a “Pre-Teen”). We do not knowingly collect information, including personal information, from Pre-Teens. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected such information from Pre-Teens, then we will promptly delete it. 9. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA. 

The security of your personal data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal; data, but no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.  While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. 

10. YOUR CHOICES.  

You can decide whether or not to provide personal information to us.  However, if you do not provide personal information you may not be able to make purchases, enlist Services, or access certain offers or options that may be of benefit to you.  If you provide personal information, we may provide such information to our business partners and suppliers.  You may choose to unsubscribe from notices, announcements, newsletters, other informational tools, and other communications from us.  We provide you with the ability to unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at support@belva.ai.

11. USAGE AND DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may request what personal information we have collected, used and disclosed about you as well as the identity of the third parties to which we have disclosed your personal information. You may also request deletion of your personal information. Please note that we may not delete all of your information if: (1) we need it to complete a service as requested by you or perform under a contract we have with you; (2) we need such information to repair any errors to our Services or detect data security violations; (3) we need such information to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with applicable law; or (4) we determine in our sole discretion that we need such information to protect our rights or ensure compliance with our Terms of Service. Please note that if we delete your personal information, we may not be able to provide you the Services with the same functionality.
